On your delivery date, we’ll text you at 5:30pm with your Valet’s ETA.

## Rinse Drop

We offer pickup and delivery if you can’t be present between 8pm and 10pm.

Our Valet will pick up or deliver your order to your doorstep or concierge, at which point you’ll receive a text with a photo showing where your items were left.

You can enable Rinse Drop on any (or all) of your orders.

## Clothing care in Toronto

Like [San Francisco](https://www.rinse.com/dry-cleaning-laundry-service-san-francisco/), Toronto’s first known laundromat is thought to have been established by a Chinese immigrant named Sam Ching, in 1878. In downtown Toronto, on Adelaide Street, Ching owned a hand laundry business. This earned him the honor of being the first Canadian of Chinese descent to be listed in Toronto’s city directory.

Fast forward to modern-day Toronto, and there are over 100 laundromats in business, and many entrepreneurial immigrants that now call the city home.
